Personal Vigor Means Courage

Personal vigor gives us the mental and moral strength to venture and persevere, as well as resist opposition, danger, and hardship. It brings to life the ingrained capacity for meeting strain or difficulty with fortitude and resilience. It supports a quality of temperament that enables us to hold our own when opposed or threatened. It fuels firm resolution and determination to achieve our goals and the tenacity to persist.

Vigor
