A colleague recently asked how I stay so energized all the time.

1. Daily brisk walking (20 minutes)
2. Daily Morning affirmations (20 minutes)
3. Daily Yoga (20 minutes)
4. The beep test twice weekly (10 minutes)
5. Calisthenics or weightlifting twice weekly (10 minutes)
6. Monthly deep massage (60 minutes)
· It's a choice.
