Jerry, I must confess, my first reaction was, oh no not another personally survey, get out the Webster! Over the years I have taken many surveys, with just as many results.  They all said one thing; the creator of this survey did not want me to understand the material, my style of communication, or my interaction with others.  I was surprisingly wrong about the DiSC Classic 2.0, not only could I understand the overview, I understood “me”, and the actions of others both constructive and adverse.
